Add a standards namespace

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Often when developing, I find myself in need of using one of the ISO standards sunch as country codes. Rather than writing a static file myself, I'd like to use a module where these are defined.

Describe the solution you'd like

Create a standards namespace where the collection of commonly used standards can live.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Using another library from NPM, although this would introduce the need of vetting a third party, and digging through the registry for finding a good package.
