BUG - sev-3 - All - Rows in simple list component are now (mostly) too tall

What happened?

The height of the rows within the simple list component are now taller than they should be (ex: settings screen, folders list in messages, etc).

Steps to Reproduce

Login > Profile > Settings. Observe all except biometrics are too tall. Repeat on other pages, like message folders list, with that component

Desired behavior

All of the rows should be the same height as the biometrics row/match this Figma design.
