Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, the utility provides the report of the last scan month. It does not have the ability to fetch report of any previous months of the latest scan month.

Describe the solution you'd like
Need to build this feature using existing legacy APIs. I would also like to explore the possibility of using new monitor 8.1 APIs when its ready.
