pixsim include SPECID keyword #521
Description
desispec.calibfinder now needs the keyword SPECID for data >= 20191211 due to the spectrograph renumbering. Include this in pixsim as SPECID=SIM, and check that desispec.calibfinder config files in $DESI_SPECTRO_CALIB continue to find and use simulated calibrations in that case.
