Bug: Dark mode not applied to metrics and time/date selection UI

📜 Description

When the system is in dark mode, the metrics selection page and time/date selection section are still displayed with a white background. This makes the UI inconsistent and difficult to read in dark mode.

👟 Reproduction steps

• Enable dark mode on the system.
• Navigate to the metrics selection page.
• Observe that the metrics selection and time/date selection sections remain fully white.

👍 Expected behavior

The metrics selection page and time/date picker should automatically adapt to dark mode with a dark background and readable contrast.

👎 Actual Behavior

• The metrics selection page background remains white.
• The time/date selection section is completely white, making text and options hard to see.
