Methods Paper 2

This paper will build on the first and look at the use of control net reduction for placing knots for the marginal B-splines used in the construction of tensor product surfaces.

As with the first methods paper, a lot of the work that goes into the writing of this methods paper can, and should, be included in a vignette for this package.
