Do not rely on CSS to insert separators or whitespace

That doesn't work in all browsers, when something happens to styles etc:
- `::after { content: ', '; }`
- `<div style="display: flex;"><a href="/awards/">Awards</a><a href="/team/">Team</a></div>`
