Hello, has anyone tried to connect the smart meter shelly pro 3em. If anyone has any information it would be great.

I have just completed my installation of SmartEvse on a 3 phase system. I have it working with a Shelly 3EM (Gen 1) acting as my MAINSMETER and a Finder 7M as the EV meter.

The Shelly 3EM sends updates on every change and with 3 phases there is a lot of traffic. In the end, I used HomeAssistant to set start a timer and send L1,L2 & L3 to Smartevse every 7 secs. It works beautifully.

I did try and see if there was a setting in Shelly not to trigger on small changes in the current, but sadly on Gen 1 it is all hard coded.

I am 100% sure that you will not have a problem with the Pro 3EM.

Hi, i have this running on a shelly pro 1 , should work the same on pro 3em.
run the script on the shelly device.
i used an MQTT broker to publish to, but you could also call the url's setting the meter currents on the EVSE directly i guess

mainscurrent() function is publishing the EM's measured currents.

fetchandpublish() function is getting measurements from a HomeWizard meter, and then publishing it to the right MQTT topic
