[Feature request] Add install instructions for Windows using Scoop

Context

I tried adding lightningview to the official Scoop bucket "Extras":

• lightningview: Add version 2.3.0 ScoopInstaller/Extras#16511

But it does not yet meet the criteria of 100+ stars or 50+ forks.

Thus I added it to my own Scoop bucket:

It can be installed like so:

• Prerequisite: Install Scoop: https://scoop.sh/
• Add my bucket: scoop bucket add <bucketname> https://github.com/o-l-a-v/scoop-bucket
  • I usually name my bucket "orb" like so: scoop bucket add orb https://github.com/o-l-a-v/scoop-bucket
• Install app: scoop install <bucketname>/<manifestname>
  • Example: scoop install orb/lightningview
    • Or just scoop install lightningview

Feature request

• Either reuse my bucket or create your own: https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/BucketTemplate.
  • Feel free to use and modify the manifest I've already created. 😊
• Add install instructions to README.
