Install fails under Ubuntu 23.10 with ERROR: Dependency 'gobject-introspection-1.0' is required but not found.

Hello,
I am trying to install under Ubuntu 23.10. I am using Miniconda and trying to install into the base environment.

I have installed the dependencies as noted in the README, by running:

sudo apt install python3-gi gir1.2-gtk-3.0 gir1.2-webkit2-4.0

When I try to install with PIP it fails with the error:

You just need

sudo apt install libgirepository1.0-dev
