Meta: OCPI ontological issues

The https://github.com/ocpi/ocpi issue repository and the standard itself is a goldmine of interesting Ontology issues.

TODO: Describe a couple of scenarios where the applications of the OCPI are covered.

HELP WANTED: Any ontology or charging infrastructure enthusiasts looking for a challenge are invited.

Examples

• Lifecycle: Handle Location/EVSE lifecycle more clearly ocpi/ocpi#412 Modelling EVSE lifecycles, how to properly represent decommissioning, change of operator. How to keep track of entities that are no longer active or have been removed from our domain?
• Taxi Only: Propose adding TAXI_ONLY to ParkingRestriction ocpi/ocpi#471 Classifying parking spots based on who is allowed to park. Related to Modelling ownership and allowance of station usage #8
• Charging station mereology: Unclear use of term "Charge Point" ocpi/ocpi#454 charging point? charging station? charging pool? location? sometimes we agree they are the same thing sometimes don't but there is an underlying concept that covers them all.
