Improve UX of clicking main route names in accordion heading #38
Description
Now that accordions have been added, clicking on the name of a route still selects/deselects all routes underneath it.
Clicking names of sub-routes to enable/disable seems to still make sense, but unsure of UX implications since on first flush this feels weird to me for the top-level routes. It felt like I expected the accordion to open when I clicked the name now that an accordion exists here, and it was weird that the name only toggled the status but I could click the empty space NEXT TO the name and that helped open/close the accordion.
