Relicense from GPL-3.0 to Apache License 2.0

We are planning to relicense this project from GPL-3.0 to the Apache License 2.0 to allow for broader use. As a past contributor to the project, we need your permission to relicense your contribution along with the reset of the code. Could you please let us know if you agree to this change? Thank you!
