Unable to start installer while behind company proxy #385

Hi,
When I run the Docker Toolbox 1.9.1i installer while connected to the network, the icon appears in the taskbar but no setup window ever renders, and Task Manager shows the installer as "Not Responding". The installer log (running the installer with /LOG) is at http://pastebin.com/pF2nUevM but wasn't very helpful.
However, if I disconnect from the corporate network (either wired or wireless) the setup window renders immediately, and starting the installer again starts up immediately as well. In addition, if I use the guest wifi (which I don't think is proxied), the installer also works as expected, and installation completes correctly.
The company proxy does not use authentication and is configured to auto-detect in the Internet Options setting. Operating system is Windows 7 SP1.
