This Issue is simply to copy https://github.com/dora-rs/dora-lerobot/tree/main/node-hub into https://github.com/dora-rs/dora/tree/main/node-hub and deal with CI/CD errors that might get raised.

@haixuanTao in the dora/node-hub we already have a opencv-video-capture module , what do you want me to do ?? should i replace it with the lerobot/node-hub/opencv-video-capture ?
