Test Issue: Enhanced Workflow Testing

This is a test issue created specifically for testing the enhanced issue linking workflow from dotCMS/core PR dotCMS#32704.

The enhanced workflow should be able to:

1. Extract issue numbers from branch names with flexible patterns
2. Detect issue links in PR bodies using keywords like 'fixes Issue 29180 commit hook does not work in windows wsl ubuntu #123'
3. Check for manually linked issues via GitHub's Development section
4. Provide clear error messages when no issue is found

This issue will be used to verify that the workflow can successfully create and update comments on linked issues.
