Duplicating Tabs / Document Context Menu

This is a small quality-of-life feature attaching a context menu to the document tabs. Currently, it only allows you to duplicate the document itself.

This context menu is also available on individual documents in the Explorer window as well:

However, they are not available in the workspace folder area, see #39.

Technical Info

If you're looking to help improve these behaviors, the code for the NavigationView can be found in the XamlStudio project's MainPage.xaml. It uses the Microsoft Store style adopted from the AI Dev Gallery project.
