Add [NonAction] at startup of net8 application

Hi Team,

We have recently in progress of upgrading our complex .NET Framework application to .NET8.0. During the process, currently i am facing with a challenge, we have several controllers which has public override methods and other public methods which are Non APIs. When i decorate controller class with [ApiController] its expecting routes for my non api, to fix this issue i have to add [NonAction] for all these methods. Based on count, its very much of manual work to do. I would like to ask, if we can handle it any better way.

Options tried -

1. ControllerFeature - This gets called before Configure (as expected), but has Actions and Attributes as readonly - so can't add them
2. ApplicationModel - I can modify actions here, but This gets called after configure, so of no use - i get the error by then while MapController()
