Is there any plan to include WebHooks in ASP.NET Core?

We came across an abandoned Pull Request on AspLabs, but there has been no activity on it for the past two years. It would be nice if its content could be released, since we have a WebHook in our Azure DevOps Server.

We also found an issue regarding AspLabs WebHooks. However, it seems that the WebHooks in AspLabs do not include receivers, which is what we are looking for.

We're creating this issue here, as indicated in the AspLabs' Readme.

No there isn't a plan to include webhooks into ASP.NET Core.
