If partial inference is considered and single phase for extensions is the final decision, can some syntax be added to say "infer all params declared on the type"?
Like obj.ExtMethod<.., A, B>() or obj.ExtMethod<.., A, _>() (some params are declared on the method and still can be supplied or inferred on demand)
