ServicePoint.CloseConnectionGroup is now no operation

Describe the issue or suggestion

The documentation at https://github.com/dotnet/dotnet-api-docs/blob/main/xml/System.Net/ServicePoint.xml misses that this function has now no effect in background for current .NET versions.

It does have this:

ServicePointManager (how you'd obtain instances of ServicePoint) is also Obsolete and mentions WebRequest, HttpWebRequest, ServicePoint, and WebClient are obsolete. Use HttpClient instead. Settings on ServicePointManager no longer affect SslStream or HttpClient.
