Information from list/item elements in remarks is not reflected in website #12200

The documentation for IImportScope contains a Remarks section that consists of empty bullet points:
In the source file, you can see that the remarks section consists of a list with 6 item elements. This is also reflected in the XML file in the roslyn-api-docs repo. (Which is also why I'm posting this issue here instead of over there, since it's apparently not a problem with the documentation data itself.) It seems that the list/items are correctly transformed, but their inner text is lost when generating the final website.
