Repro Steps:

1. Turn on Talkback and Install and open ".NET 9 template" app.
2. "Home Screen" will open.
3. Swipe till "Project work card".
4. Observe that Role is not defined for "Improve work life balance, Learn to speak another language" in Projects section in Home screen.

Actual Result:

Role is not defined for "Improve work life balance, Learn to speak another language" in Projects section in Home screen.
NOTE: Issue is also reproducing in Projects screen.

Expected Result:

Role should be defined for "Improve work life balance, Learn to speak another language" in Projects section in Home screen, so that users will be knowing that its an interactive control.

User Impact:

Users who relay on screen reader wont get proper information of that "Improve work life balance, Learn to speak another language".
