dotnetup update doesn't update everything, might be by design

On Ubuntu WSL 24.04 after a dotnetup update said everything is updated sudo apt upgrade still finds .NET stuff to upgrade, might be expected but wanted to raise it here anyways

Dotnetup doesn't know anything about your installed system packages, it is only concerned with managing the user-local installs of the tool chain. So this makes sense to me - arbitrary Ubuntu packages are going to need updates at their own cadences.
