[BUG] After Calibration, Gear indicator should reset to 0 #609

Currently after calibration, the gear indicator stays in whatever position it was in.

The gear indicator should reset to zero after calibration.

Things to consider are resetting the stepper position so that the gear indicator reset doesn't cascade problems.
