Make 3D plot of Target and Footprints #37

How about a true 3D plot of the footprints as a function of time, with dots marking the places in the footprints where the object's path crosses the time of the observation? That's what your example image of Jupiter suggested to me, but it looks that way only because the x-axis range in degrees is much bigger than the y range, which squashes the images in the "time" direction. It would be awesome to have a true 3D rotatable plot with ra+dec+time axes.
