Migrate from Maven to Gradle

We need to protect code quality and build CI/CD pipelines, and follow recent Java plugins.
To achieve this, we need new build tool, Gradle.

I’d love to contribute to this project and help improve it. However, I’m a bit unsure about where to start.
From my understanding, the goal is to migrate from Maven to Gradle and set up CI/CD pipelines. If there are any specific steps I should follow or related issues I should explore first, please let me know.

Maybe, there are no related issues like build-tool migration.
Are you familiar with Github Actions?

By the way, #76 #77 are a little bit difficult for a junior devs, so if these are difficult for you, I recommend deal with other issues.

Thanks for your response! I have basic knowledge of GitHub Actions, especially with Docker, though I’m not sure if that would be useful for this project.
I took a look at issues #76 and #77, and I agree that they seem quite challenging for a junior developer. I’d be happy to explore other issues instead. If you have any recommendations for tasks that might be a better fit for me, please let me know!
