[Bug Report] Duckstation Not Getting RetroAchievments Login Token

What happened?

Duckstation does not save the RetroAchievements login token properly.

• A prompt appears when launching the emulator asking for the username and password to be re-input.
• Emudeck UI shows that the RetroAchievements account is logged in successfully.
• PCSX2-QT does not have this issue, and the account is re-added properly when the emulator is uninstalled or reset.
• Resetting the config for Duckstation does not resolve the issue.
• Uninstalling and reinstalling Duckstation resolves the issue the first time it is launched. Subsequent launches result in the login prompt appearing again.

I have the same problem. Almost all the same symptoms except the reinstall doesn't get it working the first time for me.

Interestingly I have the emulators added to steam separately to tweak with settings. If I launch duckstation it prompts me for the retro achievement login. Dismiss that go into settings and then I see that it shows I have logged in today. So it seems like something is half happening. Maybe a bug with duckstation?
