Migrating from Forge 0.X to 1.0

If you started a project on a pre-1.0 version of Forge, you'll notice that a handful of things have changed. Most importantly, the forge package itself is no longer relevant and you should instead install each forge-{name} package individually!

These are my rough steps to migrate a project to 1.0 (you can probably copy and paste this entire thing at once):

poetry remove forge
poetry add forge-logging forge-heroku forge-tailwind
poetry add --group dev forge-work forge-test forge-format forge-precommit forge-db
poetry add django django-widget-tweaks dj-database-url whitenoise redis hiredis ipython python-dotenv
poetry update

mv app/settings.py app/oldsettings.py

Now you can manually merge your app/settings.py and app/models.py together.
