Still not downloading

I updated from 1.0.7 then to 1.0.8 then to 1.0.9 i think its where its at and the issue is the same basically, books are not downloading. Connection has been the biggest issue and still is. Im not mad at you just informing you. I think you've done a great job so far just wished i had the same knowledge you do to lend a hand and for that im sorry, i hate to be the one to knock down someones work. But i really like the app and look forward to the next fix. Thanks for the good work.

So far, I haven't faced any issue yet with the latest version. In fact, the updated one fixed the add to library issue due to Anna's archived changes. To fix the issue, you can try to reinstall the app and clear app data. You may notice the check mirror availability will take a while. If it does take any longer, the availability of the mirror may be the problem.

When I tried to download a book with a VPN, it would connect and show a download bar, but it stayed at 0kb for 3-4 minutes with no progress. I then went to the Anna's Archive website itself, and the first free mirror I chose showed a timer of 450 seconds before download would begin.
