Integrate with stores for easy installing #4

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
To further advance the spread of this idea, we should think about integrating with Play Store and potentially F-Droid: If I want to find a open api parser for my phone, this could be the go to app for it.
Describe the solution you'd like
In order to add to any stores, we need to create an account and credentials to be able to add the APK. Additionally this task should contain use the steps from #3 to build the app, but also deploy it to the stores.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternatives could be to use github releases.
