Duckdb UI as web application

Hi Team,

Duckdb UI SQL Explorer feature is looking awesome , we would like to check is there any way we can deploy duck db UI extension as web application with authentication and can access files present on the server.

It would be great if you can share the steps.

The DuckDB UI is a variant of the MotherDuck UI, which is a web application, so it's certainly built to support that case. However, significant modifications would need to be made to deploy it as a different web application. We do plan to open-source (more of) the DuckDB UI, so this may eventually become feasible, but that will take some time.

Note that MotherDuck offers several plans, including a free one.
