Can the DuckDB WASM client adopt the Node Neo Client API?

I think this is a great idea, that would allow same API to be exposed to all JS context.

This has been raised already, and some preliminary work already went into discovering what are the potential problems.

There might be some current Node API that might be easier to implement if turned async (see duckdb/duckdb-node-neo#155), some additional methods to be added to C API and some rework needed DuckDB-Wasm side.
