Steps to reproduce this bug

Open a new tab with a page which has some link in it
Open dev tools on a tab
Hover over a link in the page
The status bar appears with the link href, overlapping with the developer tools

Expected behavior

The status bar should be positioned above the developer tools, like e.g. in Safari.
