Flow buttons/links broken

Describe the bug
None of the app's following buttons work.
For example, clicking on "Where is this used" doesn't lead to any URL and does nothing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any flow
2. Click on "Where is it this used", "Versions Details", or "Clear old flow versions."
3. See that nothing happens.

Expected behavior
"Where is it this used" should open a tab that details what flows reference by the current flow you are viewing.
"Versions Details" should open the flow's version details.
"Clear old flow versions" helps you delete old flow versions.

This issue was also replicated on a Windows Desktop:

• Windows: 11 Pro (OS Build: 26200.7623)
• Browser Chrome: Version 144.0.7559.133 (Official Build) (64-bit)
• Version App: 1.38
