The current AI options only allow for OpenAI, Mistral and Anthropic APIs to be used. Due to security requirements I am unable to use these services and instead would prefer to direct the extension at Amazon Bedrock or LiteLLM service. This would also be beneficial for uses of services like Open Router.

The ability to select an OpenAI compatible service. The user would need to provide the API endpoint (eg litellm.myserver.com)
