Tried 3 time, Fedora, CachyOS, EndeavourOS same error.
But I also can't install manually, For me it's difficult to install manually.

The error "Could not fetch latest version" usually happens when the automatic installer script queries the GitHub API without an authentication token and hits GitHub's unauthenticated IP rate limit (403 API rate limit exceeded), or encounters a network timeout.

Here is the cleanest way to install it without using the script. You can simply copy and paste these commands into your terminal on Fedora, CachyOS, or EndeavourOS:

Step 1: Clone directly into your GNOME extensions folder

# Create the extension directory if it doesn't exist
mkdir -p ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions

# Clone the extension repository directly
git clone --depth=1 https://github.com/AvengeMedia/DankMaterialShell.git ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions/dankmaterialshell@avengemedia

Step 2: Reload GNOME Shell

GNOME needs to reload to discover newly placed extensions:

• On Wayland (Default on Fedora / CachyOS / EndeavourOS):
  Log out of your desktop session and log back in.
• On X11:
  Press Alt + F2, type r, and hit Enter.

Step 3: Enable the extension

Once logged back in, run:

gnome-extensions enable dankmaterialshell@avengemedia

Or open the Extensions app (gnome-extensions-app) from your application menu, search for DankMaterialShell, and toggle it ON.
