Solved: Wiznet W5500 EVB Pico - Hard Wired Server Runs but says -IP unset

I have the Wiznet W5500 EVV Pico working ok with the LWIP_W5500 example. I am now trying to get a very simple server working based on the WiFI server example. It is running but comes up with no local IP set
"Starting Ethernet port, (IP unset)".
I tried setting a fixed IP address with the same results, so likely something stupid I am not doing in my code. Any Help appreciated.

Looks like you need a delay for the IP address to get assigned correctly added code below to setup and get an IP addreess assigned.
However it I try to set a manual IP address with "IPAddress ip(192, 168, 1, 120);" I still seem to get a DHCP assigend address ?

Ok got it , add eth.Config(..
