Password strength indicator shows inconsistent feedback between bar and label

Describe the bug

The password strength indicator on the registration page displays inconsistent feedback.
The visual strength bar turns fully green, while the accompanying text label continues to show "Strength: Too Weak".

This inconsistency may confuse users and reduce confidence in the password validation process.

To Reproduce

1. Open the Create Account / Registration page
2. Enter a password like qwr@123A

Expected behavior

Both the strength bar and label should reflect the same password strength.

Additional context

1. Actual behavior:

•    Strength bar appears fully green (suggesting strong password).
  

•     Strength label displays "Strength: Too Weak".
  

2.Possible cause: The strength bar and label may be driven by separate validation logic or thresholds.

3.Impact: Conflicting feedback can lead to confusion during account creation.
