Some parameters must be given in the nano-meter scale #2

Though the point coordinates are given in the "meter" scale, the unit of some parameters must be given in nano-scale.

  • detector_focal_point
  • psf_depth_cutoff
  • psf_radial_cutoff
  • psf_width

Wave lengths are also given in nano meter now.

  • source_wavelength
  • psf_wavelength
  • psf_max_wave_length
  • psf_min_wave_length
  • fluorophore_radius
