Once the new home screen layout is merged, we should further improve the UX by wizard-like workflows that are specific to certain scenarios. Because e.g. offering to "browse organizations" does not make much sense if a newly created (admin) user does have access to any organization, or if there simply are no organizations yet.
As a first step, the different scenarios that make sense to distinguish in this context should be identified. For example:
- New users that were added to an existing organization. These should be guided through creating products with repositories.
- Admins of new on-premise installations. These need to be guided to creating organizations.
- Etc.
