Release v4.3.0.0 support in Maven

Hi,
The last version of the library (v4.3.0.0) is not available in maven, which can cause some problems since it is not available directly in GitHub neither.
I considered that an easy solution to maintain the support for the previous version is to also include the 4.3.0 client library in Maven central. This could solve any problem with the GitHub-maven link and help the users.

Hello,

we cannot publish an earlier version to maven central, but v4.3.0.0 is still available via GitHub Packages under eu.arrowhead artifact. Nothing changed regarding to v4.3.0.0.
