Sounds/looks similar to my issue [(https://github.com//discussions/1314)] it's like the indexer wasn't running. |

Thank's for answering jarsudsco. It 's the same pb else automatic update, i have not this option just a msg which appears as a new version exists or an obligation from espressif to update to a version upper or equ to 202412. I'm trying clion (free lic) ethere 2 days, at start it was identified directly all includes and all options runs fine after 2 hours of set settings and take in charge EDI. I was tried VSStudioCode, i don't like, and arduino v2 same results but better. Principal point i like in eclipse is the notion of workset and multiple projects at same time. It's very frustrant to lost all this time. |

Other point, in old versions (2018, .. version etc..) it was existing option Path & symbols which permitted d'include des root dirs and close these problems. I think i am going to skip espressif plugin (i know how installs esp-idf & arduino esp32as components) and set toolchains manually for 2 (3) esp32 type. |

Hi i restarts ESP32 project on Eclipse (from 2021 to 202509R ) with espressif plugin. I migrate to esp-idf 5.5/arduino 3.3, the build in terminal idf.py build or through launch bar succeed but editor displays always errors on include (stdio ! found while it will be identified in outline and can be opened in editor). On older version (2021, i have to insert source/include path in path and symbols tab mais this option don't exists in 2025). I have tried many options but error persists.
Any helps will be very appreciated
Thank's
Frederic
