Java Project Detection Failure

I have pre-installed 'Extension Pack for Java' extension from open vsx registry. which contains project manager for java that contribute java projects view to the explorer view container. The issue is with the java activation and follow up tasks that detects the java projects in the currently opened workspace.

It's always a hit or miss. sometimes i need to reload a lot many times to get the project detected in theia. so i believe it might be a bug in theia itself or am i missing something i would like to know where it's going wrong.

Another point to mention based on workspace trust it should be changed to standard mode but it always stays in lightweight mode.

I'm checking whether making security.workspace.trust.enabled value false fixes the issue with activation similar to #14725
