Create command "--test" flag is ignored

The --test flag available on commands for dataset creation currently seems to be ignored, as all dates are processed instead of (as it used to be) only the first four.

It looks like the functionality was removed in this PR, but was missed in the command line utility (so it doesn't do anything).

After discussing with @b8raoult, I think this could be brought back, but it sounded like there were some limitations with the previous approach (I am not familiar with the code), so it might be worth discussing this with him before we do so.

Quick debugging tip: check if the --test flag is being parsed correctly in your CLI framework (looks like Click or argparse). Common issue is the flag gets consumed but not passed to the underlying function. Search for where the date range is computed and add a print/log to verify the flag value reaches that code path.

Great find! To debug this: 1) Check if the --test flag is being parsed correctly in the CLI entry point, 2) Look at where the date range is being set - likely the test flag isnt being passed through to that function, 3) Check the git history to see what changed recently that might have broken this.
