After inspecting the logs of pgr-services, I realized that it's failing because the db-migration was not successful for the pgr-services pod. After fixing the db-migration logic, the PGR functionality is working fine for both employee and citizen logins |

Deployed the DIGIT Platform with helmfile approach(as per the doc https://core.digit.org/guides/installation-guide/digit-deployment/full-deployment-beta) and followed all the bootstrap steps. In citizen login mode, created a grievance. In employee(with GRO role) login mode, not able to navigate to open complaints or inbox. Clicking on any link redirects to error page. There were multiple errors notices in browser inspect as shown in screenshot.
