Secrets not created for new payment gateway while adding key and salt

Hi Team,

We are integrating a new payment gateway into the DIGIT system. As part of this, we added the required key and salt values into the secrets file.

However, after adding them, the new secrets are not getting created or reflected in the environment.

@rajayush97 If you are adding new secret key then you need to update the keys in this secrets file.
