To proceed further with our implementation and ensure compatibility, we would like to know the source repository or project from which this image was built.

I wanted to request some input to setup the Jenkins pipeline since I was facing some issues.
I am trying to setup jenkins to build the images present in './build/build-config.yml'. The Jenkinsfile only has the following code:

library 'ci-libs'
buildPipeline(configFile: './build/build-config.yml')

I tried locating the 'ci-libs' library in the code, but I was not able to find it.
I have also tried looking for this library online and in Jenkins plugins in case it was present there, but I could not locate it.
The only relevant information I could find was from this repository, which has groovy scripts: egovernments/CIOps, but even this did not help me progress. The buildPipeline.groovy file present in vars/buildPipeline.groovy also seems to import library 'ci-libs'.

I tried building it with the existing configuration, but it did not work due to not being able to find the 'ci-libs' library. Here is the error encountered:
