paymentsindex-v1 and dss-collection_v2 is not getting created in Elastic Search

I have made a successful payment in property service. paymentsindex-v1 is enriched with data but this index is not created. And there is no error log in collection service or indexer. I have checked all the parameters in config file payment-indexer.yml , everything seems fine. And as there is no data in this index, there is no ingestion in dss-collection_v2 index too. For this reason collection data is not visible in dss-dashboard. Can you please suggest if any configuration/step we are missing or any solution available. check payment-indexer.yml indexer config path is defined at environment level or not. If not add it and restart indexer service and test again

I have checked this. It's already present at env level.
