Investigate change in reporting intervals

The gage seems to only be reporting hourly data points. The gage used to only collect and transmit hourly data; then it collected 15-minute intervals and transmitted hourly; then it transmitted on 15-minute intervals; now it seems to be back to only collecting and transmitting hourly points.

• Ask why this has changed.
• Ask if there's a plan to move back to 15-minute increments, and transmitting intervals.
• Adjust real-time monitoring to use whatever data is transmitted appropriately.
• Communicate any impact on this tool.
